We are a local, Irish family run firewood business based in Kilcullen, Co. Kildare, supplying high quality kiln-dried and air-dried firewood sourced from sustainable forests.

For local deliveries across Kildare and Dublin, we handle everything ourselves, no outsourcing. This allows us to offer scheduled delivery times with a 2 hour delivery window, so you always know exactly when your firewood is arriving. For customers across the rest of Ireland, we work with a trusted delivery partner to bring quality firewood nationwide.

For Kildare, Dublin, and parts of Carlow and Wicklow, deliveries are handled directly by our own team, with scheduled times and a 2 hour delivery window. For customers across the rest of Ireland, we work with a trusted courier partner to deliver selected crate products nationwide.

You do not need to be home for delivery. Leave clear instructions in advance about where your order should be left, and ensure gates are open and the agreed unloading area is accessible. The driver will follow your instructions where access and conditions are safe. If the location is unsuitable or access is blocked, we will contact you to agree what to do.

Most orders are delivered within 7 business days. However, the actual delivery time may be influenced by both seasonal demand and our delivery schedule. During the summer months, it might take a bit longer as we wait to fill our trucks for each regional delivery due to lower demand. On the other hand, around major holidays like Christmas, delays can occur because of high demand and limited time to complete all deliveries. Regardless of the season, we always aim to get your firewood to you as quickly as possible. Our own delivery vehicle is a Mercedes Sprinter with a Luton body, tail lift and electric pallet truck. Pallet trucks require firm, level access. On our own delivery routes, we may use boards to cross up to 3 metres of flat gravel or grass if the ground is suitable, even and not boggy. This is a free, discretionary extra and is not guaranteed. Once a pallet is placed off the boards, we cannot reposition it. Send photographs of any access concerns before ordering.

• For purchases made through our website, you can pay online using credit or debit cards, or Revolut payment. Alternatively, you can select the option to pay upon delivery using a card or cash.

• For purchases made via phone or WhatsApp, we can send you a payment link that can be completed using a credit or debit card. You can also indicate that you'd like to make the payment upon delivery.

Our kiln-dried firewood has a moisture content of 18% or less, while our air-dried firewood has a moisture content of 20% or less. It’s often around 20%.

We have a variety of wood types available. We strive to keep our stock filled with a range of hardwoods including Ash, Oak, Beech, Hornbeam, Alder, and Birch. Check the current softwood product options for availability, or contact us before ordering.
