Our own truck delivers to the towns, villages and areas named in checkout. Local delivery fees range from free to €50, with the fee for your full address shown before payment. We call ahead with a 2-hour window on most local orders. County-only destinations elsewhere use nationwide delivery when it is available for the selected product.
Courier deliveries are handled through TPN. The standard service is kerbside delivery onto a safe, hard, level surface. The driver may help position the pallet closer where access allows, but this is at their discretion. Larger vehicles and pallet-truck limitations apply.
Pallet trucks require firm, level access. On our own delivery routes, we may use boards to cross up to 3 metres of flat gravel or grass if the ground is suitable, even and not boggy. This is a free, discretionary extra and is not guaranteed. Once a pallet is placed off the boards, we cannot reposition it. Send photographs of any access concerns before ordering.
You do not need to be home for delivery. Leave clear instructions in advance about where your order should be left, and ensure gates are open and the agreed unloading area is accessible. The driver will follow your instructions where access and conditions are safe. If the location is unsuitable or access is blocked, we will contact you to agree what to do.
